Ready When the Original Siding Gives Out

Exterior replacement in the area mostly means replacing the original materials on a house from the 1980s or 1990s. Association rules come first on a lot of streets here. The Preserve requires plans before any exterior alteration or color change, with color samples, and its approval lapses after a year, so material and color choices need that approval before work starts. Closer to the river, the larger homes on the bluffs off Pioneer Trail and around Staring Lake have bigger rooflines and more wall area to re-side.
