Roof Replacement by Neighborhood

When a subdivision went up says a lot about when its roofs are due. The neighborhoods that filled in from the late 1970s through the early 1990s are reaching that point now. Those houses are on their second roof or due for it. Their original Windows and patio Doors have outlived the twenty-year mark, and their cedar and hardboard trim has usually gone soft at the joints.
